Karol G Announces New Album ‘No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto’

Karol G is officially entering a new era.

The Colombian superstar has announced that her new album, No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto, will be released on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 12 a.m. ET. The title translates to “I Don’t Regret Feeling So Much” in English.

Karol revealed the project during her July 29 concert at Rogers Stadium in Toronto, surprising the audience with the album’s title, release date and official cover artwork. The performance was already a major career milestone, making Karol G the first female solo artist to headline the Toronto venue.

The album will follow Karol’s 2025 release, Tropicoqueta, but appears to introduce a more intimate and introspective side of the singer. In a recent interview with ELLE, Karol explained that the project was shaped by time spent alone and her decision to embrace how deeply she experiences love, heartbreak and every emotion in between.

Rather than viewing her sensitivity as a weakness, Karol is using the album to celebrate the experiences that come from feeling everything fully. She described the record as an invitation for listeners to be more open, emotional and even a little dramatic.

Karol has already offered fans a glimpse of this next chapter with “Matadora,” a reggaeton track produced by Tainy that debuted during the opening night of her Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour in Chicago. She has also recently released “Después de Ti,” a guitar-driven collaboration with Greg Gonzalez of Cigarettes After Sex that highlights a softer and more alternative side of her sound.

A complete tracklist and the album’s featured artists have not yet been announced, although “Matadora” is expected to appear on the project.

No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto will be available across major streaming platforms on August 7.
